Production Process

The refined raw materials (solid-liquid mixture) are continuously pumped into the hopper by the progressing cavity pump (the bandwidth occupied by the material can be adjusted) and distributed evenly by the distributing roller. A large amount of water is slowly squeezed out of the lower wedge to form a squeezable filter cake, In the press area, a pressure roller with an “L” shaped strip presses out the water and ensures that the water flows out quickly on both sides. The diameter of the press roller at the back is decreasing, and the filter belt is in the shape of “S”, which produces a shear force of decreasing surface pressure, which ensures the dehydration effect. To further increase the rate of dehydration, a pressure roller is added to generate linear pressure and peripheral pressure. After dehydration, the filter cake is scraped by a wear-resistant scraper. The two filter belts are continuously washed by the high-pressure nozzle so that the filter belt can keep the effect of juice. Spray washing water through the reflux pump through the arc filter screen automatic filtration, slag discharge, recycling use, energy saving. The filter belt is made of nylon yarn warp and weft.

APPLICATION:

for peeling, seeding, pitting, beating and refining of tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mulberries, bananas, hawthorn, apricot, pumpkin and other fruit and vegetable material.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

DJ model pulping machine：Through belts’ drive, the motor makes the scraper rotate on high-speed which installed at the spline. After the broken fruit through the feeder into the machine, the Pulp disk put material evenly to the sieve and scraper department. As the function of rotation and lead angle, the material moves down to the exit of cylinder, which the trajectory is spiral, and the material was wiped broken. At the centrifugal force between the scraper and the sieve, the juice and paste move to the next procedure through the sieve. the skin and seeds expel from slag outlet to achieve the process of separation and pulping.

The machine is mainly composed of motor, frame, front support, pressing screw, combination device of the filter screen, juicer, rear support, slag scraping, and discharge components. The left end of the press screw spindle is supported in the rolling bearing, the right end is supported in the handwheel bearing seat, and the motor drives the machine through a pair of V-belt pulleys.

Production Process

The main part of the machine is the pressing screw. The bottom diameter of the pressing screw gradually increases along the direction of the slag outlet, and the screw pitch gradually decreases. When the material is pushed by the screw, the material is pressed because the volume of the screw cavity on the pressing screw reduces in turn. The rotation direction of the spiral spindle is clockwise from the feed hopper to the slag chute. When the material enters into the feed hopper, it is pressed under the push of the pressing screw, and the squeezed fruit and vegetable juice flows into the juicer at the bottom through the filter screen, while the fruit and vegetable residue is discharged through the gap formed between the pressing screw and the conical part of the pressure regulating head. Changing the size of the clearance can change the juice yield, but if the clearance is too small, under the strong extrusion of the pressing screw, some particles in the slag may be extruded together with the juice through the filter screen. Although the juice yield is increased, the quality of the juice is relatively decreased (pulp and pulp fiber in the juice are relatively increased). The size of slag clearance shall be determined according to the specific production process requirements of customers.

Working Principles :

－ A horizontal knife fixed between two counter rolling cylinders cuts the fruit into two halves. Then the half fruit is dragged by the rolling cylinders along the squeezing channels: here the juice comes out and is filtered through a perforated stainless-steel sheet. The channels have different profiles according to the variety of fruit being processed.

－ The squeezing pressure on fruit can be easily adjusted according to their assortments, ripening and the thickness of the peel, in order to get the maximum output of juice without compromising the quality.

－ The peels are ejected exhausted by two proper stainless-steel chutes and conveyed to the peel silo.

－ The juice is collected by underlying tank and then is pumped to juice finisher.

－ The squeezing and conveying of juice is done in closed chambers in order to avoid the contact with air.

－ The machine can be easily opened and disassembled for a complete washing.
