1. Tea leaves extracting tank : SUS304 material jacketed extraction tank with agitator, temperature sensor, stainless steel hanging basket, and electric hoist.

2. Centrifuge separator : This process is also called fine filtration. The main purpose of the centrifugal separator is to remove impurities after tea juice extraction.

3. Mixing tank : The mixing tank will mix purified water, tea extract, citric acid, sodium citrate, sucrose, and flavor in the best proportions.

4. Tea drinks sterilizer : Tea beverage is low-acid beverages with a PH value of above 6.0, so it needs to use high-temperature sterilization.

5. Tea drinks filling machine : The sterilizer tea needs to be filled into bottles, tin cans, or cartons instantly, and the filling temperature is more than 89℃.

Hot water treatment system

The hot water treatment system is composed of one plate heat exchanger, one hot water tank, water pump and steam valve group. The main function is heating pure RO water to set data like 65°C and supply the hot water to ingredient tank and mixing tank for dissolving and blending. The whole system is made of SUS304/SUS316L material, and the heating method can be steam or electricity.

Blending system

This part content with ingredient prepare tank, mixing tank, pump, filter etc equipment.  The function to blend all particle and liquid to even taste as per different uniform formulation, it is the key point of the whole process.

About the blending tank with different structure, like single layer, double layer with insulation, and three layer with heating/cooling function. Also, the inside mixer with different type as per liquid, like thick liquid by frame type, good flow liquid by blade.

The standard configuration of the tank with inlet and outlet, manhole, rebreather, sample valve, CIP washing ball etc.

Pasteurizer unit

The drink will be heated to 65°C for the homogenizing, the homogenizer can emulsify the particles small, prevent the beverage separate after long time holding, and enhance the stabilizing effect. After homogenizing, further heat the juice to 95°C/1255°C holding for 15-60S for pasteurizing as per different material properties, Structure of Plate type or tubular type sterilizer is chosen according to drink viscosity and filling request.

Filling System

After the juice is pasteurized or sterilized, the drinks should fill into containers immediately to avoid the pollution. The most popular package is PET or glass bottles, some juice processing plants also fill into pouches, tin cans or tetra Pak type carton box, it depends on the Local market consumer consumption habits. According to different filling technological processes, the sterilizing temperature is also different, if hot filling, then Lower temperature pasteurizer will be OK; but if for aseptic filling, then it needs UHT sterilizer.

Post- pasteurizer for package beverage

Pre-pasteurization before filling only kills the pathogenic bacteria, and during the filling process, air may be mixed in, which will cause the bacteria to multiply again. Therefore, after the filling is completed, we need to carry out secondary sterilization on the packaged juice. This pasteurizing process is using 95-98°C hot water to spray on the surface of the bottles or put the pouches into hot water for 20-30 min, then cool down to the room temperature for packing. There are two pasteurizers that can be used, for the bottles and tin cans, we use spray-type pasteurizing cooling tunnel, and for the pouches, we use the water bath-type pasteurizer cooling tunnel.

Sand Filter : intercept and remove suspended matter effectively, organic matter, colloidal particles, microorganisms in water under certain pressure to reduce water turbidity.

Active Carbon Filter : to filtrate chlorine content in water, had significant effect on odor, organic substances, microorganisms, impurities and certain amount of heavy metals, and can decolorize and deodorize.

Resin Softener : to remove calcium and magnesium ions by sodium ion exchange, to prevent carbonate scale and sulfate scale formed and obtain softening water.

Dosing Unit : to eliminate reverse osmosis membrane scaling

Micro Filter : adopt PP filter membrane which has high filtering precision, less than 0.1um particles.

Reverse Osmosis :composed of reverse osmosis membrane(RO), high pressure pump and washing system to protect the reverse osmosis membrane. It can intercept substances larger than 0.0001 micron. It can effectively intercept all dissolved salts and organic substances with molecular weight greater than 100 and allow water molecules to pass through.

Ultra Filtration :used in mineral water purification, solution separation, concentration, and extraction of useful substances from waste water, waste water purification and reuse.

UV Sterilizer : can kill some kinds of bacteria by UV lamp.

Ozone System : with ozone mixing tower(to mix ozone into water under certain pressure and time) and ozone generator(to generate ozone from air or oxygen under certain pressure ).
